We ship orders to Australian addresses only. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with a return or exchange, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items
